Order policy: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. our original & return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted up to 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted in new/unused condition unless the product received was damaged/defective or materially different from the order description. In all other cases the original and return shipping charges are also borne by buyer. A restocking fee of 25% may also be applicable. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days. Once we provide the RMA number you must return the item along with the RMA number within 3 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you. 2)If you find any shortage quantity, save the carton and packaging material and we should be informed within one business day of receiving the item.
