All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase of the merchandise. We have to be notified immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier. If items are shipped to shipping carriers in the USA and the shipping carrier then ships the items to customers in other countries, we will not be responsible for any damages to the items.All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping an incorrect item.
