To charge your Mood Sphere, plug the adapter into both your wall & the white disc provided, then set your Mood Sphere on top of disc - this is your charging dock. Once Floating Ball has charged for at least 6 hours, it is good to go, remove from dock & place LED Ball wherever floats your boat.  Dimensions: Diameter: 10.0 in. RETURN POLICY:
Refunds and returns are only made for defective merchandise or shortages.Shortages: Any order that is shipped incomplete will be completed. Notification of shortages or incomplete order with missing items must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.Defective merchandise: If any merchandise is defective, we will replace it. Shipping charges are not refundable. Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. We may require that the defective merchandise be returned. DO NOT return any merchandise without first getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.Returning unused product: If you need to return unused product, you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the returned product that we determines to be usable. There will be no credit issued for product that is damaged in shipment due to insufficient packaging.If you would like to exchange unused product, you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the returned product that we determines to be usable.
