RETURN POLICY:
All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase of the merchandise. If items are shipped to shipping carriers in the USA and the shipping carrier then ships the items to customers in other countries, we will not be responsible for any damages to the items.All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping an incorrect item. In this case, you must contact us to obtain a return label or request merchandise pick up. Once the item is returned back to the warehouse a correct replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued if the unit is unavailable.
